Proposed Schedule for 2010GreetingsRight now this is what I have for 2010 January 9-10 Latta Plantation Winter Camp of Instruction January 16-17 Fort Fisher in Wilmington, NC this is with the 26th and so far only Joseph and Matthew are going. I can not go as my Mom will be going back for more cancer removal surgery this weekend. February 20-21 Latta Plantation Living History honoring the 53rd. March 20-21 Battle of Bentonville http://www.bentonvi llebattlefield. com/ticket. HTML We will be asking to fall in with Skip as I have been told the organizers are trying to keep independents out of this event especially if they have no insurance. March 27-28 LH at Latta April 10, 2010 – April 11, 2010 Appomattox http://www.tourappo mattox.com/ events.php May 16-17 Battle of Wilson's Store in Waxhaw, NC. The Interim Director of the Museum has requested we host this event again. I have received an email from an artillery Unit and our partners the 28th and the 63rd both want this event again. June 6-7 Hot Springs, NC hosted by the 2nd Mounted Calvary Federal. July 17-18 Back to Latta for the Battle of Sample Farm August 16-18 Saltville, VA. I will get you all the exact date but generally it is mid August. Normally we skip this event because we do a LH the following week at Latta. September 20-21 Allison's Woods. Again check the calendar for the exact dates but it is the 3rd weekend. We do this event as Federal. October 4-5 Jeb Stuart November 15-16 Secessionville December 13 Parade with 63rd in Mount Pleasant, NC |
