Since there are no post on this sight Im feeling talky so here goes .
I cant wait for this new year we have declared our independence. Now lets get in the field and Rock, We will come togather and Honor our People before us , burn some powder and raise some scrunion. We will shine , Be a little arrogant. and loud , like a tarheel soldier should. (as long as your disaplined). See you in the field!

There is some question as to when this unit began since we are independent several of us decided July 4th it is.
Many said we would never last 6 months. That day has come and past.
We have added more folks to this unit every month and this past weekend was no exception.
A new member joined and another got into uniform in good order for the first time. A couple of our families have children due soon and so later this year some of our old friends will be back in uniform burning powder before the end of the year.
