Special thanks to everyone that attended. Meetings are like government a necessary evil.
We agreed to meet again January 31st.
The Board was set for 2009-2010
Will Albritton Chairman
Jimmy Rhyne
Garold Johnson
Cindy King
Jackie Childers, Treasurer
and we discussed upcoming events. We still need to decide on an event in February as well as June. The hot Springs event in the first week of June was considered last year but several of us had schedule conflicts. Much of our schedule is predictable but next year I would like us to consider some new events...
Hot Springs, NC June 6-8ish
Saltville, NC August 16-18 ish
Jeb Stuart October 5-7ish
and for a change of pace at an event we all know
Federal at Allison Woods Spet 20-22 ish
